Eric Johnson is a senior at San Jose State working on a BA degree with an emphasis Guitar. He also has over ten years of teaching experience. His teaching style is characterized by patience and an emphasis in note reading and improvisation. Classical style, Blues, and Rock and Roll are all important aspects of guitar music that any student should expect to learn from Eric. In addition to the set curriculum and in an effort to encourage enthusiasm Eric offers his students the freedom to choose songs they want and is happy to learn new material in order to provide for each student as an individual.
